Frequently asked questions
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at atelierkukishop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it. - Calendars
Calendars can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at atelierkukishop@gmail.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. - Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may be possible if you contact us at atelierkukishop@gmail.com before production begins. - Made-to-Order Prints
Since prints are made to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Please review product details and size charts carefully before purchasing. - Discount Codes
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Shipping Times
Since your order is produced and shipped from the closest production facility to your shipping address, delivery times can vary based on your location:
- France & Europe: 5-7 Business Days
- United Kingdom: 3-5 Business Days
- United States: 3-5 Business Days
- Australia: 5-7 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 10-15 Business Days
Tracking
Every order includes tracking! You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking, especially for international orders.
Production Partners
I work with trusted production partners with facilities located in the EU, US, and Australia. This means your order will be produced at the factory nearest to your shipping address to ensure faster and more efficient delivery.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order shows as delivered, but you didn’t receive your parcel, please contact your local postal service. You can find the service used in your shipping notification along with the tracking number. They will be able to assist you in locating your package. If they can’t find it, don’t hesitate to reach out to atelierkukishop@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do on our end.
Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to edit your shipping details before your order ships, please contact me as soon as possible at atelierkukishop@gmail.com.
Import Fees & Taxes
Please be aware that import fees and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, I am not able to cover these fees or any delays caused by customs.
Are your prints framed?
No, all prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that best suits your space.
What materials are your prints made of?
Prints are made using high-quality, archival-grade paper, ensuring vibrant colors and long-lasting artwork.

Custom orders typically take 3-6 business days to produce, depending on complexity. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when your order is ready to ship.

Pricing for custom orders will vary depending on the specifics of the design and size. I’ll provide you with a quote once we’ve discussed your requirements.
Final Approval
Before proceeding with production, I’ll send you a mock-up or design proof for your approval. Production will only begin once you’re happy with the design.
